Expiration Dates
FUEL TAXES must be reported in January, April, July, & October (when you have your permits such as IFTA, Kentucky, New Mexico & New York)
ROAD TAXES must be paid for your truck between July & August every year (GVW over 54999 pounds)
Annual reports to keep the company active before 4/30 every year
UCR must be renewed by 12/31
IRP renewal in the month assigned by Tallahassee (January through October)
DOT update is due every 2 years in the month assigned to the last number of your DOT.
IFTA permit must be renewed by 12/31
New Mexico permit must be renewed by 12/31
New York permits by 12/31 (every three years, the next renewal is by 12/31/2024)
